Resumo: O presente artigo busca analisar alguns aspectos relevantes sobre a evolução da solução de controvérsia no MERCOSUL, por meio de alguns apontamentos que se podem formular a respeito, em face dos tratados de Assunção, protocolo de Brasília e protocolo de Olivos.

O que interessa ao artigo, portanto, é a fundamentação que se explica por meio de discussão acerca dos seguintes pontos: Negociação diretas, a constituição do tribunal arbitral, aspectos positivos e negativos dos respectivos protocolos, finalmente reflexão sobre a implantação de tribunal permanente de revisão.

Evolution of the controversies solution in mercosul

Abstract :This very article searches to analyze some excellent aspects about the evolution of controversies solution in Mercosul, through some notes that can be formulated about it, in face to the Agreement of Asunción, Protocol of Brazil and Protocol of Olivos.

What matters in the article, so, is the bases which explains itself through a discussion about the following points: direct negotiations, the constitution of the arbitrational court, negative and positive aspects about the respective protocols, and finally the reflexion about the implantation of permanent revision court.
