Resumo: A argumentação desenvolvida busca identificar a influência da ordem jurídica internacional no redimensionamento da noção de Soberania, que não mais se compatibiliza com o atributo da indivisibilidade, sectário de um isolamento incompatível com a crescente universalização dos direitos humanos. Esses direitos, assim, deixam de ser "reféns" da ordem interna, que passa a ser moldada com o auxílio da ordem internacional.

Influences of international juridique order in the protection of human rights: the necessary remeasure of the concept of soberany

Abstract: The argumentation are searching for the identification of the influence of international juridical order in the protection of the concept of sovereignty, that no more may be adjusted with the character of indivisibility, sectarian of an isolation incompatible with the universalization of human rights. Those rights let be "hostages" of the internal order, that pass to be molded with the assistance of international order.
