Resumo: O texto do artigo começa traçando um panorama sobre o sentido da palavra alteridade e seu significado dentro do direito, abordando problemas práticos e teóricos que a própria conceituação do temo enseja. O artigo critica ainda a não inserção da alteridade nas práticas sociais, o que impediria a emergência de um aspecto fundamental do direito que seria uma normatividade emanada do coletivo e não constituída de uma relação eu-tu. O autor defende ainda que o direito só pode ser entendido como um sistema de interações simétricas ou assimétricas, onde uma dualidade mínima é condição para sua existência, tratando o direito como um "impermante" ponte social entre sujeitos postados em patamares pré-definidos que os colocam no centro ou na periferia dos sistemas sociais. A rede, como defende o autor, pode estar a serviço da dominação assimétrica, se forem main frame ou tendem a ser libertárias se se organizarem em net, e sua contribuição fundamental para o direito é a da inversão da origem das práticas jurídicas e das normas, indicando a possibilidade de uma nova juridicidade marcada pelo cosmopolitismo, maior igualdade e compartilhamento.

Abstract: The article starts by discussing the word alternativity and its meaning within the law, approaching practical and theoretical problems that the conceptualization of the term itself brings. The article also criticizes the uninsertion of the alternativity in social practical, what it would hinder the sprouting of a basic aspect of the law, that would be a normativity emanated from the collective one and not constituted by a I-you relation. The author also defends that the law can only be understood as a system of symmetrical or anti-symmetrical interactions, where a minimum duality is necessary for its existence, treating the law as "non-permanent" a social bridge between citizens located in different pre defined levels that place them in the center or the periphery of the social systems. The net, as the author defends, can be at service of the anti-symmetrical domination, if they are main frame or they tend to be libertarian if they are organized in nets, and its basic contribution for the right is the inversion of the origin of legal practices, indicating the possibility of a new legality marked by the cosmopolitism, greater equality and sharing.
