Resumo: O presente artigo é um sintético estudo do processo eleitoral observado e analisado nas concepções políticas e racionalistas de três cientistas sociais: Schumpeter, Dahls e Downs. Por meio deste estudo é possível compreender melhor o princípio fundamental do conceito democrático e os diversos fatores, como economia e publicidade, que envolvem o pleito nacional.

The Rationality in the Electoral Process

Abstract: The present issue it's a logical synthesis of the electoral process observed and analyzed in the political conceptions and rationalistics of three social scientists: Schumpeter, Dahls and Downs. By this study, It's possible to better understand the fundamental principle of the democracy concept and the different factors, like economy and publicity, that involves the election.
